Right to Return Goods
You may return goods within one month following their receipt by sending them back to us without stating any reasons. This period begins following receipt of this notice in written form or when the goods are received, whichever is the later, and only once our duties to provide information as per Art. 246 s. 2 in conjunction with s. 1 para 1 no. 10 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB), and also our duties pursuant to s. 312e para 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Art. 256 s. 3 EGBGB have been satisfied. Only in the case of goods which are not suited to be posted by parcel you may give a written notice of return in the form of a request to take back the goods. The deadline will be deemed to have been observed once the goods have been sent back or the request for return is posted in good time. In all cases the cost for the return will be borne by us and the return is at our risk. Returns or requests for return must be sent to the following address:

Consequences of Returning Goods
Following effective return, the services and goods received by either party must be returned and any benefits derived from them (e.g. benefits of use) surrendered. Compensation for the value of the goods may be demanded in the event of any deterioration. This also applies if the deterioration is attributable only to inspection of the goods, as it could have happened in a retail shop, for instance. You may avoid the obligation to make good the value of the item in question as a consequence of deterioration caused by the proper use of the item by not taking possession of the item as if it were your property and by avoiding any actions that will have an adverse effect on its value. You are not required to make good the value of the item in question as a consequence of deterioration caused by the proper use of the item. Any obligations to refund payments must be satisfied within 30 days. For you, this period begins when you send back the item or your request for return; for us, the period begins when we receive it.
